SUDIO REGENT: Yay/nay?

Last month, when I was enjoying the summer breeze in Barcelona, I saw an email from something out of the norm of the incoming emails that I receive every day. Instead of the usual updates from online stores or subscription notifications, I saw an email from Sudio Sweden. 

I was so pleasantly surprised when they offered to send me a pair of their latest Sudio Regent Wireless Headphones to try out. I couldn't wait! It was probably the prettiest pair of headphones I've ever seen, and I'm a sucker for aesthetics. 

A few days later, the package arrived and it felt like Christmas morning. I was so excited to open the box and truly, the headphones are just as beautiful as it looked in pictures. I've never had a pair of wireless headphones before, so I took a couple minutes to read the user's manual to figure out how to use it. It turned out to be really simple actually, and within seconds, it was already connected to my devices. 

The Sudio Regent comes in white and black. Although I'd usually opt for anything black, I thought the white one would go really well with my MacBook- and it does! It's a perfect match.

Sudio Sweden really put a lot of thought into the aesthetics of the REGENT headphones, and I appreciate that you're able to change the look and feel of the headphones with the interchangeable caps depending on your mood. They were kind enough to send me these marble-printed ones, it's like they read my mind! Just when I thought the headphones couldn't look anymore stylish, that's when it totally exceeded my expectations.

Now, I guess the fact that the Sudio Regent wireless headphones is absolutely gorgeous has already been established. So what about the quality?

I was surprised at its battery life because I would connect it to my laptop and spend many hours just surfing the net, binge-watch Youtube or Netflix all day, or when I start writing, I would turn on Spotify the whole time. And the headphones was still going strong! So I would definitely vouch for the long battery life.

Another impressive thing about Sudio Regent is that it completely blocks out noise. You know how sometimes you can hear the sound coming out of a pair of headphones from the stranger next to you, and you could probably memorise their playlist because of how loud the music was playing and how the headphones aren't soundproof at all? That definitely isn't the case with the Regent headphones- another feature that I really appreciate. That means I can blast my music into my ears, without fear of anybody secretly judging the music I listen to.

Now, if there is one thing I would say about the Sudio Regent compared to the other brands of headphones out there it would be that the bass sound isn't as impressive as I wish it was. However, it is no secret how expensive a pair of headphones could cost, especially when it's manufactured by a reputable brand- it can get ridiculously pricey. However, I find the cost of Sudio Regent pretty affordable for the sleek and stylish design with the decent quality it has, especially considering the high battery life and how convenient the wireless design is. Aesthetically pleasing and practical too? Looks like Sudio Regent has officially won my heart.

So back to the question of whether or not it's a yay or a nay...

Verdict: Definitely and without a doubt----- YAY.
