Record timing

Just came back from a typical running session, and this time I actually took note of my timing and I completed 2.6km in 15 minutes! That's such a record. I normally don't record my minutes, but I really can't believe that I've gotten this fast. It's like I've unconsciously trained myself. Good job, self. All these little milestones really does go a long way.

Never give up in self improvement.

    1. Hi there! Thank you for your kind words :)

I run on my clear days, be it in Singapore or overseas, 30 mins/5km on the threadmill. If I'm in sg, I would be running at a nearby park near my house. As for my workout, I follow workout videos and do abs, arms and legs exercises, 10 mins each whenever I can. I also started skipping which is a great alternative whenever I get sick of running! Hope it helps :)
