Today was therapeutic. Although shopping alone is so dangerous- I spent hundreds on things I probably could do without. But I tell myself that it's okay, that's the purpose of today anyway- to indulge myself with everything that I wanted, give myself a little perk-me-up before work starts again.
I'm starting to realise how important it is to listen to myself, and to give myself the very best because, well, no one else is going to do that for you if you don't love yourself enough.
So love yourself. You're in charge of your own happiness.
