We haven't met in a while so we decided that our next meet up shall be different so Celene suggested for us to go to the beach. We instantly agreed on the idea! Everybody knows how much I love the beach. This time round, I was uber excited because it's been a while since I've been to a beach with my friends. So God knows how long I spent packing and thinking of what outfit to wear. We even sent each other pics of our outfits the night before (yup.... girls).
When the next morning comes, I was too excited for the day ahead. It was a Monday and the beach wasn't crowded so we managed to get a really good spot to settle down and relax. We spent hours just enjoying the breeze, catching up and taking lots and lots of pictures, immortalizing the beautiful sunny day.

Liting and I took a dip in the sea as the sun was slowly setting. It was so beautiful. We also had a little heart to heart, and I'm so proud of how strong my darl has become. It's amazing how the three of us remained close friends even years after our secondary school days. Now that I think about it, we've gone through so much together. All the times we'd meet and talk about all the things that were upsetting us and how we bring comfort and joy to each other by spreading love and giving the utmost support. We don't see each other all the time, but when we do, it's like we've never been apart before. That's the most special thing about friendships, I feel. You can never actually drift apart, if the friendship you share is true.
We left Sentosa in the evening and met Luke at Vivo. It was his last day before he starts his training in the police force so he drove over to meet me. We had dinner altogether and it was the first time my girls and Luke got to know each other on a more personal level. I'm so glad that dinner happened. I can't describe that feeling when you see your favourite people getting along so well with each other. Luke being Luke with his charismatic personality, it didn't take long for the girls to feel comfortable around him. Dinner was full of hearty conversations and laughter, better than I could ever imagine.
When it was time for us to part, the girls came to me, smiling from ear to ear. And Liting was like, "I'm so glad you have Luke. He's such a good guy". That really warmed my heart 'cos I could see the happiness in their eyes, like I could tell they were genuinely happy for me. And I thought to myself how amazing these girls are. They truly are the loveliest, most kind-hearted people I've ever known.
I love you both to death. So blessed to have you two in my life.
Till forever, Darl & Babe.
