Anniversary dinner (Belated post)

I've been gone for way too long~ I really missed blogging though. I really miss having a platform to write about my life story, so I would start from where I left off. It's been almost two months since our anniversary dinner, but this is such an important night for me so I couldn't bear to skip it in this blog.

So on the 17th of July, Luke took me out for dinner and also to break fast. He booked a table for two at Fish&Co for us. I told him I just wanted a simple night with him, something that would give us some time to just enjoy each other's company because I missed that. So he granted my wish and we had such a lovely, quiet dinner at the corner of Fish&Co enjoying good food with the best possible company I could ever ask for - wearing my new favourite pair of platforms Luke got for me specially for this beautiful day.

As usual! It's my camwhore time whenever we're in the car~

I'll tell you guys a little secret - Luke drives with his slippers. HAHAHA so that's why he has to change shoes because he can't drive wearing them 'cos they're a size too big

Wearing the new Topshop platforms Luke got me for our 2nd anniversary! I love it too much!

So after dinner, comes the little surprise Luke prepared for me. Surprises aren't really Luke's best quality because he can never keep anything from me or I'll end up guessing it anyway. That's why our telepathy is so strong, we both know what each other is thinking without even talking about it. But this time, I didn't really figure anything out. Luke was like, "I'm gonna bring you to a special place - it's a surprise"

And I was like, "okay". And starting guessing every possible place I knew Luke would bring me to, but to my surprise..... I didn't guess it right this time. He drove to Marina Bay, somewhere near the Marina Bay Gallery and the MBS mall, where you can just enjoy the sea breeze without being disturbed by unwanted noise. We both enjoy quiet moments together, somewhere we can just talk about anything under the sun and just enjoy each other's company and it was such a pretty night. We had a box of macaroons from Canele I got for us to keep us company and a packet of gummies to accompany us through the night.

What can I say? It's such a simple night out, but it was everything I could ever ask for. I don't need anything fancy because he has given me the best 2 years of my life with heaps of ups and downs, brought me so much laughter and joy, happiness and support throughout the whole journey I had with him. It has never been normal ever since he came along. The biggest gift I had ever gotten in my life is him, and that's more than enough for me. That's everything I ever wanted. He is everything I have ever wanted.
